- Product Key are currently delivered via email only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as forty-eight (48) hours to deliver as per availability. Once your order is complete we will send you a confirmation email with your Product Key at the email address which you provided on our order form.
PLEASE NOTE: Product Key come under “DIGITAL PRODUCT” once delivered through email it cannot be return back because its not a Physical Product which can be re-sold to other users. So all our products are NON-REFUNDABLE.
No Refund in the below cases:
- No refunds for Office 365 account or any keys once it will sent to customer as we had issued unique for everyone so we don’t have use of it once key/ account generated.
- You have to redeem/use the key within 15-30 days after delivery after that No Refund and No Replacement.
- Buyer place wrong order without reading complete product description and the product key is already been delivered through email.
- Buyer fail to download the software file due to poor internet connection.
- If anyone purchased the product and after delivery if they said they don’t need it or placed order by mistake it can’t be return/refunded.
- Buyer fail to download & install the software due to lack of technical knowledge.
- Product Key fails to activate on buyers computer system then DigitalKeyMart.com will issue new Product Key through email (if redeem within 15-30 days), Buyer has to send Full-Screen Screenshot which must include Error Window, Current Date and Time and mail it to support@DigitalKeyMart.com
Refund/ Replacement in the below cases:
- Refund will be issued if DigitalKeyMart.com fails to delivery the Product Key through email within 3 to 5 days then Automatic Refund is processed.
- Any type of Paypal Fees will pay/ deducted by Buyer on Cancellations.
- If the account login or any key will not work then we need a screenshot of the error message once it will confirm then we will issue replacement.
